I entered a plein air competition, one of my first, and since it was raining and cold, i took some photos, but my daughter April took this one, and when I saw it I just knew! I thought it was finished when I entered it, but last summer, after painting outside all summer long, I put it back on my easel. If you really want to learn how to paint what you see, go outside!
